  • Demonstrating a clear understanding of team members’ expectations on their future functional roles;

  • Change analysis team activities and lectures to explore the causes and effects of current situations;
  • Predicting the future team activities and lectures to forecast the future consequences of the changes;
  • Problem solving team activities and lectures to help participants understand and deal with uncomfortable feelings when they experience changes;
  • Analysis activities and lectures to help participants understand the necessary of compliance in team work;
  • An employee needs analysis team activities and lectures to explore what employees want from their jobs.

APPLIED METHODOLOGY


This course is a good combination of indoor lectures and outdoor activities to bring participants together in life and work.

 

Applied methodologies in the activities and lectures

are focusing on participants’ awareness of teamwork

to enhance ability of working together in participants’ thoughts and actions.

Before attending, participants shall be encouraged to find out their problems or problems arised in their corporates through Training Analysis Report and the preparation paperworks for the courses. In the lectures and activities, with the helps of facilitators, participants

shall study themselves by sharing, interacting with

others through activities as discussion, play role, games, etc.

Activities and lectures shall be tailored made to address the requirements of organisation and ensure participation of all participants.

COURSE INFORMATION
Time:

Teambuilding shall be conducted one or two days. Prior to that, there will be a one day meeting of organisation’s needs analysis.

Location:

Teambuilding shall be conducted indoor and outdoor. Location shall be outside cities of learners.
